I visited the doc last month for neck and spine pain. He patiently listened to me and explain me the cause of pain. Visited Dr. Ram Dec 2018 at sakra for neck pain. He listened to my problems and through x-ray he diagnosed it to be Cervical radiculopathy. He suggested muscle relaxant tablets and few neck exercises to help relieve the pain. I have been doing those simple exercises regularly and it's been almost a year and there hasn't been another pain episode since then. Thanks to the doctor.
