Before starting a surgery he has been completely informed what they are going to do pin to pin, he is tooo friendly with my mom after surgery when my mom able to speak she was happily explaining about Mayur sir's calmness & friendliness I honestly appreciate Mayur sir for his kindness on his patients which I rarely seen in doctors. I've consulted Dr Mayur twie. He listens very patiently about the problem and explain the cause and cure in such manner that its very easy to underatand it. I was always recovered by the medicine and guidence preacribes by him. I've always consulted him for any ENT related issue i faced in last 2 years and he is the one I can always trust.

Doctor identified the issue very quickly and we really felt relieved. The way he explained it was very helpful

Went for wax removal. All three methods were applied to remove wax which caused ear infection to occur. Doctor never warned about possible infection that can occur with water syringe method. ** *** * **** ********* ** *** *******

They charged double in terms for follow up consultation after 7 days. And the receptionist was very rude and didn’t adhere to any requests. The doctor also misguided to come AFTER 7 days. We went after 7 days they told its incisive of the day of visit. But doc never mentioned this and got another consultation fees. As a customer felt very disappointed . There is no feeling for service. It’s transactional and even if you treat it as transactional atleast focus on customer service. ******** ******** ******* *** **** *** *** ******** ******** *****

The meds provided got extra side effects which got me feel why did I even visit on the first place .
