Dr was kind and patient. She took time to be thorough and gave a detailed and neat report. She was quick to respond and understand and did not keep us waiting.

Our appointment time was not kept by the clinic, and we were not invited to see the doctor until half an hour after our time, which was booked 15 days earlier and confirmed by the clinic. Dr was at first somewhat unfriendly, but became more approachable throughout the appointment. She was reluctant to answer questions we had about her observations in the ultrasound, and told us we should see the obstetrician. I can understand that each Dr has her own role, but I don't see why we should have to schedule and pay for a separate appointment with each Dr for the same diagnostic prescription. This could be better coordinated by the clinic.

for first timers it is quite difficult to understand the procedures and scary too, Doctor should have explained the patient before proceeding with the process. They might be doing several of these scans in a day.. But for patients its always first time and sone scans can be really embarassing and would need a little preparation.

Not a great experience, explanation would have been much better. Appointment given at 5:30 has to wait till 6:45 for our turn. No proper management by motherhood staff.

The Dr was unfriendly and hostile and showed irritation when doubts were asked.. She was irritable and rude when I asked questions about the scan. *** ****** ***** ** **** ** *** ****** ******* I have had good experience with other doctors at motherhood hospital and will recommend them..but definitely not Dr. Geeta

Doctor was not explaining the situation while scanning and one more thing Before consulting the doctor i have enquired with the executive through telephone about scanning charges,they informed that NT Scanningn chages are Rs 1700/including the taxes. But after completing the Scan they were changed Rs 2300.

You should properly provide the complete information if anyone asked about scanning or any other queries.

Doctor was good....but the staff was very rude

.....I had my appointment at 4:20 but I got my scan at 5:15 ......they never respond properly..
