I have been visiting Dr. Archhana Mam since many years and the way she treats us in person is the same from beginning till date. She makes us so comfortable, where we can share our concerns without any hesitation.

She clearly explains the exact cause and prescribes us the best treatment based on our skin/hair.

It's been very nice talking about the problem with the doctor that I have got and I have been under treatment nearly for 1.5 years and I had been to so many doctors and taken second opinions from other dermatologist and I felt comfortable taking the treatment in tatva. I have seen the results after the treatment. Sometimes it is not the result that matter and I feel belief plays important role here in the hospital works. I would strongly recommend others for the first appointment and later is their choice to go further.

Having acne didnt really bother me. But after a casual visit with Dr. Archhana, where she was polite, had personality, actually cared about whats best for me, gave me a comprehensive foundation on why i had acne and what i must do. Followed the treatment, and in just 4 days i didnt have acne anymore! Not kidding. Not one single active zit on my face. I found out what i really look like with healthy, happier skin. After a few follow ups, i was ready to get my scars removed and she elaborately explained the procedure, the science behind it, the effects and even asked me about my travelling plans, assuring me it wont hinder the glorious effects of my treatment. I put my beauty in capable hands and a real nice person. Go to her, because aesthetics is not just profound, you owe it to yourself.

Most unprofessional behavior starting from the staff to the doctor herself.

I read the good reviews on Practo and went there and here is what happened - I had an appointment at 1pm and I was made to wait for 45 minutes till I was let in, so this so called "rule" of theirs to have an prior appointment is of ZERO worth.

- After I was let in, my mask had just slid down a bit due to my spectacles but my nostrils were nowhere exposed, the doctor so unprofessionally made sarcastic remarks about me, spoke rudely and made me lose my cool, she made comments on her experience etc. which were unnecessary. At one point I was ready to walk away.

- After telling her to let it go more 5 or 6 times and asking her is she was anywhere interested to listen to my concern and when I started blabbering my concerns (only with the respect that she is a doctor) she was forced to listen to me. She did prescribe medicines and explain it to me

- She did get her staff head to apologize for the heck of it.

After all the mismanagement from their side, when my husband told the staff that we would review on google and not let this happen to others, the staff without hesitation calls me after a couple of hours to apologize and say not to post on Google.

Overall, a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who wants to be peacefully treated.

A rude doctor . conveys information in an unprofessional manner not Wat you would expect from a doctor. . The patient before me too came out with complaints. Patient who left post consultation informed that she was asked to only to talk only about her and not her babies skin condition which was unnecessary and needs to be more human and sensitive to others feeling. She is very immature and needs to grow more in her profession and not do things just for the sake of money.. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr Archhana is extremely personable and knowledgeable about my skin condition that she addressed my concerns more efficiently than previous dermatologists. She prepared me mentally to fight my severe acne.

She is reassuring and makes you feel like you are the only patient to be seen that makes me feel confident during the procedure and in treatments. She addresses issues holistically and her treatments are methodical and well planned.

The office staff is friendly too just like her but it is advisable to fix an appointment well in advance to avoid the wait at her clinic.

Trust that she will take good care of me in the future :)

Dr. Archhana is amazingly gud at her work. I had gone to her for my acne treatment and honestly my face has cleared like magic. I have been recommending her to many of my friends and who ever has gone to her so far are very happy. She gives you her personal attention when it comes to treatment and is very friendly at her approach. The minute you meet her she makes you feel very comfortable. Before doing any treatment she explains every process diligently and always gives you the right recommendation of treatment. My experience with her was amazing. I will definitely recommend her anytime.
