Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issue
Visited the doctor with my mother. He was very calm and patient and listened to all of her issues. A thorough check was done for the concern before arriving at a conclusion. The person at the reception was also very friendly and calm. Anyone dealing with osteopenia/osteoporosis can visit him.

Visited For Thyroidectomy
I paid a fee of 750 taka to the doctor. I already had thyroid report, showed the report, after seeing the report asked me to report some more and said that after reporting online medicine will tell me, I am told that I will be informed when told. There is a lab center they have to do from the lab, **** **** ** **** * *** ** ***** ** ***** **** I was first told that it would cost 2650 rupees to report, I said yes. But when I get the report, I got a message that it will cost 4250 rupees. This much money is not possible for me, ** **** ****** ** **** **** ** ******* **** ** **** **** ***** **** ******* I did not report from their lab, I was told that the medicine will be reported online, but I found that I was not informed any more. Because maybe I didn't take the report from there. Then the fee of 750 taka to see the doctor was wasted.

Hoped for better:Â Wait time
********* ************** ** ** **** ******* I booked an appointment for 5:30pm on Monday, August 22 because it was the earliest slot. Doctor arrived at 6:50. Despite having arrived on time, the doctor's assistant sends in another patient (with a later appointment) because "he looked around and couldn't see me." It's 7:15 by the time I finally get to see the doctor, who asks me to get some tests and come back on Wednesday evening. I arrive on Wednesday evening, wait for half an hour, having driven quite a bit in the rain, through traffic, when I finally decide to call his assistant, who tells me the doctor is on leave for the next two days. What sort of appointment management is this? This clinic is not even a real clinic, just a room rented out by a very crowded diagnostic centre. Pathetic experience from start to finish. The doctor is polite but what's the point of politeness if you don't respect your patients' time? I just decided to see another doctor.

I was struggling a lot due to my diabetes & busy schedule, due to which my health was affected a lot. One night I read on Practo about Onecare Clinic and its positive reviews. The next day, I immediately booked an appointment for myself. The most appreciative thing is that when I visited the clinic, the staff was very supportive & without wasting any time, I met the doctor at the exact time of my appointment. Dr. Basavaraj is quite understanding & with his expertise did make a difference in my health.
