Honestly, these days, it's so hard to trust reviews online. I spent ages scrolling through Google and Practo, trying to find a good dentist because my toothache was absolutely killing me. That's how I stumbled upon Urban Dental Clinic – super convenient since it's right near my place – and read up on Dr. Jonathan Eric Rao.

I booked an appointment for noon, and to my surprise, there was no waiting time at all when I got there. The clinic itself was spotless, really hygienic, and they had this great mellow background music playing, which actually helped me relax a bit. Dr. Rao checked out my X-ray and showed me exactly how deep the decay was. As I suspected, RCT (root canal treatment) was the only way to go. He explained the whole procedure clearly, even letting me know the cost upfront, and gave me time to think it over. But I was already prepared, so I decided to just get it done.

The whole thing – anesthesia, the RCT, and getting a fiber cap installed – took maybe 45 minutes max. I'd had a zirconia cap before on another tooth, which is pretty pricey (around ₹15,000), so I was expecting a similar cost. But Dr. Rao, after looking at my tooth, suggested a fiber cap instead. He felt it would be perfectly sufficient for my condition and only cost ₹3,500! He even explained that this cap is strong enough for now and it's unlikely I'd have issues, but if I did in a few years, we could revisit it.

I left with prescriptions for painkillers and antibiotics, feeling so much better and relieved. I only had to wait two hours to eat normally again – pure bliss! I did have some pain for about two days, but it gradually faded away.

Seriously, I'm so happy with the outcome and the service I received. If you're looking for a dentist, I'd definitely tell you to give Dr. Jonathan a visit. I'm sure you'll be as pleased as I am. Thank you!

I visited Urban dental clinic for severe dental pain that kept escalating by the day. After a thorough examination and listening to my experience, Dr.Jon ruled out the common potential causes for the issue and explained the real underlying cause (Stress associated bruxism) as the source of the problem.

I was recommended to go with RCT for the same issue by another gentleman of a dentist which I did not, thanks to doc Jon!

Step by step, he ruled out cavity related/wisdom tooth/potential dental fracture related causes. He recommended night guard as an option and emphasized to avoid teeth grinding consciously. Alas! That was it!!

In a time where it appears that other dentists seem to be busy exploiting their patients, Dr. Jonathan seems to have a different take. Couldn't be more thankful or grateful!****** ********** *** ** *** **** ******* **** - This is not a paid review, rather a real experience.

I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted.for that i had to get some 2d and 3d x-rays done in some other labs since my nerve was too close .the extraction took around an hour .it pained for about a week .. about a month later i had to get a root canal done and a crown fixed ..since there wasn't much tooth structure,doc advised that i had to get a post fixed over which the crown would be placed ..initially i got root canal done ..two days later ,i had the post fitted with some temporary filling .on the same day ,the measurement for the tooth crown was taken ..and about a week later the crown was placed . Felt a little wierd while biting for a day , then i got used to it .

Doctors are very professional.Equipments are state of the art They maintain all COVID protocols as well (foot ,head and gloves).

Dr. Johnathan a Very professional dentist, was super helpful when had a severe toothache and to finding a solution in doing a crown. Highly meticulous and great quality of work. Very reassuring to give a clear and detailed explanation. Strongly recommended especially root canal treatment. Thank you for the overtime.
