Dr. N. Jithendran is truly a master of their craft. Following my cancer resection, I underwent a 10-hour free flap reconstruction. While the recovery was difficult, Dr. N. Jithendran ******* meticulous attention to detail during the anastomosis (connecting the tiny blood vessels) was flawless. They monitored the flap intensely in the ICU, which gave me immense confidence. It is now 6 months post-op; the flap has healed well, and they managed to save my [speech\/movement\/limb] function, which I was told might not be possible. If you need complex microsurgery, this is the team you want.\
