Once I started therapy I overcome the loss of my mother, however I still miss her presence. Therapy has helped to think positive about my self and courage to create a boundary which could help me to protect myself from unnecessary trauma. I am still taking counselling from her to improvise my self low esteem and encourage Cognitive thinking. I hope with therapy I may succeed in these activities as well. I would like to show my gratitude to Doctor Richa for making my life full of positive thoughts.

Considering Therapy was a hard pill to take. I was not sure what to expect, how will it help but It was really helpful. Dr. Richa is the 1st Therapist I decided to consult, and she explained how things will go... there was utter professionalism in questions she asked and was understanding on things I was not comfortable talking about.She is all ears on what you have to say. She explained things what ad how will be the course of our progressive journey.
