I highly recommend Ms. Navya. she is warm,empathetic, thoughtful and listens patiently to all concerns and problems put forward. I initially sought guidance for anxiety-related concerns, she correctly helped identify the underlying ADHD root cause, evaluated for it and tailored the therapy sessions to address this appropriately. I felt deeply heard, validated, and comfortable throughout our sessions together. She equipped me with mental tools to help me deal with symptoms in general and specifically, academic setbacks and difficulties I experienced while preparing for a major competitive exam. I have contacted Dr Abhishek Nagakumar in Mindful Neuro care, whitefield in last June when I was having severe anxiety and that was effecting even Sleep. He has thoroughly listened to me and concluded its Illness Anxiety disorder. He has started medication and also suggested to take RTMS for 30 days. While continuing medication, i have completed 30 days RTMS sessions under guidance of Psychologist Navya and with assistance of Nivedita. After that could see my anxiety is completely gone. My Confidence level is increased and fear, Tension are completely gone. Currently my Medication is trimmed after seeing positive results. After some days I will be completely out of medication and further my mind will be able to control any pressure/anxiety without medication. I’ve been consulting with Kavya for close to a year. I’d visited her at a time in my life when things seemed very bleak and for the first time in my life I couldn’t get myself up or seem to have any motivation for anything in life. She has been super helpful and been very supportive since the time we worked together to uncover that I’ve had ADHD since a long time. This was my third time trying therapy in the past 4 years, and the only time I’d been able to stick to it consistently, as therapy with Kavya feels like a natural conversation rather than the typical “counselling” and “time watcher” feeling I got in my earlier trials with therapy.
