The doctor was not available at the location, which was the hospital in our case. I am giving 1 star based on the entire experience. This has nothing to do with the Doctor's expertise. However, the doctor should value other's time or update Practo regarding their availability and timeslots. Both Doctor's and Practo have got this wrong this time.
