Visited Dr. Priyanka Krishna (Pediatrician)
Recently I visited Cura Hospital and consulted with the pediatrician Dr.Priyanka Krishna for my 3 years son. And after one and half month when I revisited by booking an appointment and before I started called the hospital and ensured that Doctor is available, but when I reached to hospital there was no show of that doctor and the hospital team didn't even informed me about that. So I travelled (15+15), 30 kms, w/o any reason and my day was wasted. Later hospital arranged a telephone call with the doctor to discuss the issue, but the doctor didn't provide me any medicine of my ailing son over the phone or WhatsApp even after multiple follow up with the hospital team. Also her phone was switched off when I reached to the hospital. So it was a very annoying experience with that doctor which never happened in my entire life before.
