She suggested a few changes to my diet (which weren't very drastic) but yet when I followed it my glucose levels came to normal range from pre diabetic range. I have started to take my health more seriously now and I have started reading papers and books regarding the root cause of our health issues, apparently out gut/digestive system is hugely responsible for our health.
