Bad service! 1st appointment - whoever picked the call for appointment told Doc is available. Reached on time - Dr. Mansoor was out of station as confirmed by the 2 interns ladies which means the receptionist person lied just for the sake of monetary gain. 2nd- unsatisfied with the way interns did cleaning. For God sake it's my teeth and not the football ground. Took 2nd appointment for filling - doc was available - all done. *** *********** **** ***** ** **** I called up the next day - doc advised to come for follow up the next day. I went on time but clinic was locked. Waited for half an hour, interns comes, examines my teeth and shockingly they take instructions via phone from Mr Mansoor and wants me to come after a week for follow up. By then I was already loosing it, on enquiring why the doc not in when he had only called me today for follow up - interns response doc usually don't come on Fridays - then why the hack was I advised by the same doc to come next day when I had called him the previous day due to sensitivity. This shows how professional the Dr and employees working in there right from the receptionist. I spent enormous amount plus my time wasted. I had to consult another doctor *** *** ******* **** *** *** **** *** ******* ** ***** *** ******* ** ** ******* *** *****

I was on a very short visit to India and decided to have a dental consult. Dr Mansoor was very kind enough to accommodate my appointment with his very busy schedule and that too on Saturday. He spent close to around 2.5 hrs with me to take care of my problems. My consult was mostly painless, comfortable, informative. He made sure my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the visit. He has a courteous staff and a very clean environment. My wait time was about 5 min. With this visit I learnt that he has very strong experience and he can handle difficult situations. I highly recommend Dr Mansoor to my family and friends.

One of the few Drs who actually sat down and explained to me the detailed procedure with immense patience..It defenitely made me feel so comfortable that I knew that the extraction was sure to be a success even though my tooth had cracked and the extraction was a little complicated.

Will go back to him from which ever part of the city I am in.
