In no time, the surgery was performed and the cyst was removed. Also a special thanks to Ms. Manju for the timely follow up since the surgery and until removing the sutures.

The staff at reception at the clinic is very rude. Straight away I was asked to pay the consultation charge and wait for one hour. After asking about the wait period, I was told that the wait period is minimum 60 minutes. Looked like, the staff was in hurry to collect money. When we told that our booking was scheduled at 4:00 pm and we are before time, the staff started talking to us in a rude way. If there is no value of time, then there is no use of using Practo.Doctor is friendly and gave us good explanation of the problem. Staff need to learn how to talk to customers.

I am so happy to say that the treatment was up to the mark.

Through Practo only I came to know this doctor located near to my place, but surprisingly their staff has called me and forcibly ask me to cancel the appointment in practo , but unfortunately I don’t have option I have cancelled and visited same clinic , but not satisfied with Sandeep’s treatment atleast he won’t listen our words and even the prescribed medicine list contains **** ** ******* ***** **** shower gel, sunscreen lotion, moisturising cream and only one tablet that which we should buy in the same clinic.consultation fees also too high as they are charging like other Corporate hospitals.
