I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who underwent laproscopic hysterectomy 1 week back. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Shafalika for the way she treated my mother. *** ** ***** *** ** *** **** ************ ************* ******** * **** **** ******* The way she patiently listens to every concern and explains everything in the simplest possible way is remarkable.My mother had been dealing with fibroids for the past five years. Two years ago, she was advised to undergo surgery, but hearing the complications of people from open hysterectomy made her postpone it. Recently, when her symptoms became severe and the fibroid had grown quite large, surgery became necessary. We consulted many doctors, but we were never fully satisfied. Then we came across Dr. Shafalika through the internet, and after reading all the positive feedback, we decided to meet her — and I can say now that it was the best decision we made.Most doctors had told us that laparoscopic surgery wouldn’t be possible because the fibroid was too big (88 × 71 mm). But after seeing the reports and understanding my mother’s medical history, Dr. Shafalika confidently assured us that she could remove it laparoscopically, and that my mother could go home the very next day.My mother, who had been so anxious about surgery, felt completely relaxed and positive after meeting her — that’s the kind of comfort and confidence Dr. Shafalika gives to her patients. I met Dr Shafalika in 2016 when i had an unfortunate miscarriage. She cared for me, took of me and understood my gynic issues better than any other doctor i had visited for the last 9 years before her.

I struggled with endometriosis, adenomyosis and scarred tissue (i had two procedures by the time I met doctor).

She tried her best to counsel, coach, understand, empathize, treat me.

I moved to Australia in 2018 and every time i came back to Bangalore i went to her for my health checkup.

This time as things were not looking great i was suggested with hysterectomy, she took care of me like a family member and i have never been so comfortable post my previous procedures. Dr. shafalika has done an absolutely wonderful job of cleaning the whole thing properly so i don't have any future issues.

My husband and family members are ever grateful for giving me this new healthy life.

The surgery was very complicated but she stood her ground and did everything that was good for me.

I thank her and all the hospital staff for taking care of me, this includes the customer service team (Aisha and team), the team involved in my surgery, Dr Dayanand the radiologist who has been studying my case for years now, the nurses who assisted with pre operation tests and the staff who took care of me operation - please note i would be ever grateful for the rest of my life.

This is a long overdue review of Dr. Vijaya Sherbet. She delivered my son in the month of feb 2020.

The first time i had met her was when i consulted her for my pregnancy in 2019 which unfortunately resulted in a miscarriage. But she was so positive and practical through that experience that i knew that if i was to get pregnant again she would be my doctor. A year later when i was pregnant i went back to her and i am so happy i did. She is someone i would recommend a hundred percent to any pregnant mom. *** ** ****** ************* *** *** ********* ** **** **** *** keeping up information and standards across the world. She is not someone who will mollycoddle you but at the same time she is so patient and non judgemental. She will answer all your questions with a lot of patience and practicality. Even through my delivery when things got tough i felt safe and calm because of her. She is someone i would close my eyes and go back to every single time.

I hope Dr Sherbet gets to read this because we are thankful for the entire pregnancy and delivery experience we went through because of her.

Happy to share my second experience with Dr. Navinchand and Manipal Hospital Hebbal. Followed by my mother in law's Total Knee Replacement surgery last year on her left knee,she underwent Total Knee Replacement surgery on her right knee this year in the month of August 2023. This time also it was an equally nice experience. Thanks to Dr. Navinchand for his great support right from planning the admission, till surgery and discharge of my mother in law. This is very important particularly for patients and their family members who have to travel from outside Bangalore and country to get the surgery done. Cashless approval from insurance, pre-surgery check-ups and tests, surgery, post surgery supervision and finally discharge followed by dressing change and stitch removal everything went very smoothly. This time my mother recovered even faster than last time, from post surgery pain and immobility. Thanks to doctor Navinchand once again. I definitely recommend Dr. Navinchand to others not only for a fine treatment and surgery but also to have a nice overall personal experience.

I recently had a minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery to remove fibroids in my uterus, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care and attention that Dr. Shafalika provided throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked into her office, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her calm demeanor and compassionate nature instantly put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands.

Doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and what to expect, which made me feel prepared and confident going into the surgery. She was extremely patient and answered all of my questions with great detail, leaving no stone unturned.

Dr. Shafalika is incredibly skilled with the laparoscopic technique to remove the fibroids with minimal incisions. The procedure was successful and I experienced very minimal postoperative discomfort, which was a huge relief.

Throughout the recovery process, she was there to support me every step of the way. She provided me with comprehensive post-op advice and checked in on me to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Her kindness and compassion truly went above and beyond.

Very poor experience with Dr. Santosh.

1. Wait time of more than 45 minutes because he decided to go on rounds even though he had several appointments at the same time. Complete disrespect and disregard for patients schedule and time. Did not bother to apologize

** ******** ********** Spent just 2 minutes evaluating my complaint. Prescribed * **** ** medicines, half of which are questionable (including 2 different painkillers every night). ***** ** ******* ******** ******* *** ****** **************

3. No diagnosis or explanation of medicines offered. After spending 800 rupees, and waiting 45 min, least I expected was a decent diagnosis. But no, he seems to be in a hurry to get done and shows signs of arrogance if any questions are asked. He responds with 1 word answers ** ****** *** ********* ****** ********* ***** *** ***** ***** *** ******* **** ** ***** ** *** ****** Patients are far more aware and need clarity on diagnosis and prescription. None was offered in this case.

I visited Dr. Rashmi today to review a comprehensive health check up I'd gotten done recently. First of all i would like to mention administration is bad in this hospital. Make sure you check the consultation fee before going. For me it was charged more than showing in practo and when enquired they said some different stories.

Secondly after seeing the reviews we choose this doctor and for the gods sake he didn't listened and over all consultation would be less than a minute and he gave high dosage medication and we took it as per prescription and didnt cure. We ended up visiting other doctor in our locality *** ******** ******* **********

I personally advice check carefully and make your appointment.

I recently scheduled an appointment with this doctor for my father's normal diabetic treatment. Unfortunately, the doctor didn't take the time to listen to the patient's issues and instead ordered a multitude of expensive tests, costing me 17,400 rupees. The tests all came back normal, yet the doctor still recommended wearing a diabetic sensor for 14 days.
