I have been undergoing physiotherapy sessions under the guidance of Dr. M. Sanjeeva Naik for nearly two months now. It has been almost a year since I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery. Despite the considerable time passed, my recovery had been challenging, impacting my ability to navigate stairs and walk comfortably. This became a significant barrier to my daily activities, both physically and mentally.

However, after consulting with Dr. Sanjeev, I regained confidence in my ability to recover and resume a normal life. His approach and treatment plan for my condition were excellent. Through consistent and progressive treatment, he helped me regain strength, stability, and balance in both legs.

Dr. Sanjeev has always been calm, patient, and considerate during our sessions. On days when I pushed myself too much, he advised me to take it easy and rest, showing genuine concern for my well-being. The training facility provided at the clinic is exceptional.

When I initially began my physiotherapy sessions with Sanjeev, my feet had limited mobility, and moving my affected leg was a significant challenge. I heavily relied on walker support to assist me in my daily activities. However, under Sanjeev's expert guidance, my progress was remarkable.

Within a short period, Sanjeev's therapy techniques and exercises helped me regain mobility in my feet. I went from barely being able to move my affected foot to confidently taking steps with the aid of a stick within a week. By the second week, I no longer required any assistance, and my walking has been improving significantly.

Sanjeev's IASTM treatment was particularly effective in relieving the stiffness in my affected area. Moreover, his personalised approach to my rehabilitation was remarkable. He gradually introduced exercises targeting not only the injured leg but also all the surrounding leg muscles. Over time, he progressively increased the intensity of the exercises, which played a vital role in my ongoing recovery.

Now, after more than five weeks of working with Sanjeev, I have witnessed tremendous improvement. If you're seeking for a physiotherapist who can truly make a difference, I highly recommend Sanjeev.

Went there for foot pain issue. They asked me about the issue and said we will provide some treatment. They did some treatment with machines, but there was no explanation given to me about the issue I am facing or how long the treatment will take. The treatment was being done by some junior doctor and there was another doctor who kept asking the junior doctor whether the treatment will help the patient or not. None of them seemed to be sure about it but still continued. By the time treatment was done the doctor who initially did the checkup was gone and there was no one to consult or guide me about the future course of treatment. They asked me to pay for the bill of the treatment which they should have confirmed with me before starting the treatment. Also they offered me a package for 10 therapies but again they didn’t know will it help me or not. No explanation or anything given I had to ask for everything. Even for the exercises I should do at home I had to ask myself and there was another fourth person who was completely unaware of my issue came and suggested some exercises to me

I had a great experience with Dr. Naveen. I came to him with a laberal tear. When the doctors I consulted before told me that a surgery was imminent, Dr. Naveen said the contrary. He helped alleviate the pain with a combination of physiotherapy and strength training over three months. Throughout the course, he was very patient and worked with me to ensure that the pain reduced. He was also kind enough to help me when I texted him on WhatsApp during outside work hours, when the pain would occur, and he would give me solutions to help reduce the pain. I am really glad Naveen was a my trainer when it came to strength training. His phlegmatic approach and constant supervision not only helped me fix my form but also gave me the encouragement to lift (heavy) weights again - somthing I thought I could not do post my injury.
