It's kind of prowling money from patients and their hard money. Reception lady forcing me to take yearly membership of Rs.24000 so that patients get discounts for every billing. Iam wondering for this small clinic what is membership and what is the discounts for medicines?

If you take membership, patients will get 20% discount. Why are charging too much for medicines and why are giving discounts? If you are not paid for membership, they clearly indicated that they are charging extra money. They want the patients to come months together and every time they charge thousands of rupees for medicines. These medicines are too

cost and no MRP printed on the medicines. Simply they charging thousands of rupees. I initially booked for online consultation by mistake instead of in person consultation, i told the same to the doctor and doctor asked me to come in the evening. Went in the evening for in person consultation, which was not charged. Waited for almost 25 mins as there were too many people waiting. Doctor patiently examined the head and explained the issue. Then we had a session with another doctor for thorough examination of life history and habits and the like. Apparently, medicines are given based on my physical body type, my physcological structure, etc.. They analysed all these and gave medicines. I was totally happy with this. Looks very promising for me. Thanks Doctor for patiently examining and giving medicines. I felt the entire hospital was of service minded. Doctor consultation charge is very nominal for what they are doing.

Dr Raja is very good and have good communication towards the pacients and he listens all our problems again and again. I have taken medicine for immunity bustor for my kid and also taken medicine for my wife thyroid and Herina. I have been consulting Dr Raja for myself and my son since almost an year now. He is quite patient in explaining the root cause of any problem, also prescribes medicine only if it is really required. It's was very nice consultation over call. Then I was called to visit clinic and it was discussed not extra charges required and they would provide prescription and its up to my wish whether I want to take medicine from here or anywhere else. When I visited the clinic after in person consultation they said they will give medicine and then they asked me 1300 for just suger tablets that's too without prescription. I asked for prescription then I got a sheet I will be attaching it.

At first i visited for constipation problem for my child.. We started using it but did not work so used allopathy for temporary.. But in between cold started we used homeopathy medicine **** ****** ****** Now still consulting for constipation lets see hope it it will be good..

I consulted over video call through practo. During booking practo or from doctor it was not informed that I will not be getting any prescription.
