Experience with doctor has been always nice. However, the support staff who manages billing and invoices was a pain. Initially they gave us a bill without (paid) stamp on the bill and we were told to come today i.e. Saturday. It took more than 1 hour just to mention "paid" on the bill which is required from the mediclaim perspective. Bills were printed couple of times with multiple errors as if they were doing for the first time. I had to wait down for more than an hour with my 2.5 year old grandchild in the unbearable heat for a simple requirement. Waste of time and energy I must say. Im sorry to share this experience but somehow I felt I should bring this to your notice.

I read the reviews on the net and decided to visit their eye clinic.

I was very happy with the professional behaviour of the entire staff in the clinic.

Both the doctors Mr & Mrs Sawant are expert in their field of work. I was very satisfied with their diagnosis & treatment.

They are both very friendly & happy to answer any queries.

I would highly recommend anyone to visit them for any issues related with eyes.

I had a lens implant on my right Eye. Dr Sameer & Dr Priya Sawant ease my decision to have the cataract surgery by explaining all the details of procedures. I am very pleased with the outcome, being able to see clearly without having to wear glasses. All staff at the center friendly & helpful. Very professional. Excellent support staff. Clean, hygienic clinic. Both Doctors spend good time explaining the treatment.

Eye drops should have been used before assigning spects number which I found lacking. So it's needed to assess exact vision.
