He received his Bachelor’s degree (BDS) from the prestigious Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), in which he received merit of distinction. He completed his Masters (MDS) in the field of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the nationally accredited Bapuji Dental College and Hospital, Davangere under the mentorship of Dr K Sadashiva Shetty in which, he bagged both, a Gold Medal and the Best Outgoing Student award. He received his Membership in Orthodontics (M. Orth) Certification from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (UK), one of the most renowned Universities worldwide. He is also an active member of Indian Dental Association (IDA) and Bombay Orthodontic Study Group (BOSG).He is an Invisalign certified orthodontist and specializes in invisible braces, lingual braces, ceramic braces and all other types of braces. He also specializes in Myofunctional and Orthopedic Appliances which bring about tremendous changes of the face in growing children. Apart from this, he has an excellent practice in Surgical Orthodontics, required by patients with severe problems of the teeth, face and jaws. Having undergone an orthodontic treatment himself at the tender age of 13 years and having experienced both the roles (that of a patient and of a doctor), he has adapted his dental practice towards a very patient-friendly approach. He believes in utmost comfort, quality and transparency.Currently, he is an orthodontic consultant in various clinics all over Mumbai.
