Ms. Ginni Nijhawan (B.Sc, D.D.P.H.N, M.Sc -Foods and Nutrition), a senior nutritionist/dietitian has a rich experience of 10 years in the field of food and nutrition. She is having good practical knowledge as she has worked in hospitals, diet clinics , corporates and as a Diet consultant with Senior Doctors. She is ex-dietician for wokhardt hospital . She is an active member of Indian Dietetic Association (I.D.A, Mumbai chapter).She is associated with media channels for food and health awareness. She has been writing content in magazines for nutra - pharmaceutical companies and for health based T.V channels. Diet prescribed will be as per the individual need and will be disease specific. Diets will be result oriented and the culture,type of job,type of activity ,food interest and other factors will be taken care of. She had successfully treated patients for diabetes ,kidney problems, obesity/overweight, pcod, thyroid problems, high cholesterol levels and other problems. She has got an experience to work as a paediatric dietician for children and pre term babies. Weight gain for small babies of 6-12months and onwards is her key experience.
