I was very happy that Dr Jharna diagnosed correctly that my problem is my week hips. I was doing certain exercise for my back incorrectly. She guided me the correct way of doing these exercises. After meeting her I feel confident that gradually I will be able to strengthen my hips and also gain strength in my feet.
