I did not get treated by Dr. Bhavin Shah as another doctor handled my dental cleaning. However, the doctor, staff, and clinic were polite, well-behaved, and very clean.

I have been Visiting Dr. Bhavin for the last few years for all my Dental issues. I had to re do all my teeth the patience and perfection with which he did was exceptional. He also explained to me at each point of time why and what he is doing.

Covid times the clinic is maintained well with all necessary precautions from Doctors end as well as patients end requirements. One can move in without any fear of infection. One is tested for oxygen and temp too prior to going for treatment.

Terrible Communication *** ******************* What can you do if the Doctor and the billing desk are hand in hand in confusing the patients with treatment charges? Billing desk (Ms. Payal) at American dental won't even get back to you if you question it. I had a root canal where crown fitting session was horrible. If you value your money and your time - Don't book a slot with Dr. Bhavin Shah. When Ms. Payal at front desk or doctor explains about charges, keep a notebook nearby and record the conversation. It took no time to go back on what was told and what was charged for the complete treatment.

I did my treatment for teeth straightening at American Dental Practice. I was very hesitant as I was going for the treatment pretty late as compared to the norm.
