We visited Dr. Bhushan for my mother's arthritis issue. She was suffering from it for over 20 years and no treatment done in past was upto the mark. She was genuinly afraid of surgery and hence her condition had worsened over this period.

We saw Dr. Bhsuhan to consult if anything can be done to improve her condition. He did his preliminary checkups and xrays and recommended for a surgery. He even boosted my mom's confidence to make her ready for the surgery assuring her that all will be okay. He explained us the medical condition through xrays and then recommended to undergo blood test, ECG, dental and other checkups to ensure that all her vitals are okay and she has received a Fitness certificate from respective doctors. This took about a month and half. Only then the surgery was planned. The doctor had provided us with clear understanding on the post operations precautions to be taken. He also had given a notification on the expenses we should expect. The facility provides a cashless option for empanelled insurance vendors and the entire process was managed by the staff.

The opertaion took place in their inhouse OT and over next one week his team of physiotherapists, nurses and housekeeping staff helped my mom to do necessary exercises for a speedy recovery. The entire staff is very courteous and cooperative. The doctor himself was tracking the progress through regular visits, even on weekends. He answered all our queries pre and post opertaion and was very approachable. We got a discharge within a week.

I am writing this feed back after one year of the treatment of my mother. I was searching for the Orthopedic doctor for my mother's knee problem near Pimple Saudagar. I read feedbacks on Practo and decided to go with Bhushan sir. He is so young as an orthopedic surgeon, but we were really impressed with his diagnosis in the first visit. He is really soft spoken. We decided to go with his treatment. He tried to avoid the surgery, but after the treatment for a year, there was no option other than the surgery.He conducted knee replacement surgery of both the knees at the same time. Looking at the age and the complications of the surgery, we were afraid of the surgery success and recovery. But we like the confidence and friendliness of Bhushan sir. He shown the correct alignment of the knees post surgery. My mother was able to walk immediate next of the surgery and it got improved day by day. As per sir's initial prediction, she got discharge from the hospital on 8th day.Most of the insurance options are available, so it is best to go with cashless. This treatment was our third opinion. Comparing to other treatments, consultation, follow up charges, surgery and hospitalization charges are really genuine. Sir suggest only those tests which are necessary. Sir also supported, guided and helped for the all documents, bills were required for pre and post hospitalization reimbursement. It was really nice experience.I also appreciate Riddhi mam and physiotherapy team for providing physiotherapy during and post hospitalization. The entire hospital staff ( sisters, brothers, housekeeping, admin, insurance ) is really supportive, careful and helpful. I met with a small accident where my ankle got fractured and ligaments got torn.I went to nearby reputed hospital first and they suggested me a surgery to fix it and even consulted another hospital as a second opinion there also got a smart response.Then based on my friend's recommendation, I visited Dr.Bhushan and he was the one who first brought me into confidence that it will get cure for sure and I would be able to walk.Then he said that he will not use any surgery but natural fixation of bones with extended plaster.Without any thought, I started my treatment and it took 4 months (including Physio sessions) and I was able to walk.As natural treatment takes more time than the surgery ones.Then on continuing medication, advices and precaution I am back to my normal routine.I am highly thankful to him and also recommend everyone to visit him first for any orthopedic issues.

Only Dr treatment is good apart from that everything is bad. Staff are rude and Dr too don’t understand and value the patient time. I was with new born baby and previous day also my appointment was at 8:30 and I got my number at 10:30 and then after X-ray and other things got free at 11.:30. Today again was follow up at 8:30 so I called and reached at 9 but still the staff said same thing rudely time lagega kuch perfect time nahi hota and same thing Dr said. They take over patients and everyone need to wait for min 3 hrs. Dr and staff are arrogant and least bother because of high number of patients.
