The booking was confirmed through the app, but the clinic was closed and I was not informed. I reached and waited for 10 mins but no one was around. I made a call to the clinic, so the lady bluntly responded that they forgot to check practo and didn't know about the booking, and asked me to visit their other clinic which is 10 km away. This is definitely a terrible service for a patient in need and I'll definitely not recommend the clinic for such callousness.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately this has happened for the first time in this clinic due to the fact that the doctor has to visit other clinic because of an Accidental Emergency case. For us every patient is a priority unfortunately our assistant was also busy with the case and missed to check Practo. From our side we offered you to visit our clinic in Hadapsar and alternative was also provided to depute a doctor to clinic in an Hour's time. Still we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
