Dear Mr. Patil, I find that the volume at which my Sigma hearing aid devices have been programmed fall short of helping me to hear clearly. The app does not help. If possible could you please enhance the volume at which I hear people and television? The friendly and helpful attitude of both of you was most pleasing. I thank you for your courtesy. The doctor provided professional information about the hearing issues and it’s impacts, if not treated, and explained the choices of different hearing aids. His demeanour was very friendly and he took me through all the process without a rush. He assured me his availability ’just a click away’ for any problems related to retuning the hearing remotely, even if I was not in town. In short in built a relationship for the future.
