My blood sugar was very high when I first visited him in August 2025. My H1abc was 11.5 and fasting and PP was above 350.
With his medication and explanation of taking the food like protein first,then fibre followed by rice or chapati( carbohydrates).
My sugar level improved in first 20 days itself, medication was reduced, again with less medicine sugar level was normal I ate everything,specially in this heat,I consumed ice cream, cold drinks..yet blood sugar is stable.
Nice experience,very satisfied...
All with diabetes etc could meet him once and see the change
