I would like to thank Dr Shashi Sir for explaining in detail about sugar levels, how to manage and reduce the sugar level both using food and lifestyle choices like regular walk/jog, he listen carefully to patients and ensure that root cause of illness is remediated through medicines, diet etc. After 4 months of regular following his medication and diet, happy to report my sugar level is within range now.
