From where to start.....
Had an appointment with doctor at 7 pm today, reached the location at 6.50. Didn't even get chance to visit the doctor till 7.50 pm.
Receptionist behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, eve after having an advance appointment via Practo, had to wait as per number, after asking for reasoning, she understood her mistake but even so was rude.
Doctor was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He was very welcoming while explaining the cause of issue, but the staff was extremely bad.
Had this appointment for an elderly, desperately need change in receptionist only then would recommend. **** **** *** ******* ***** *** ****** ****** ****** ** **********

I went to Dushyant sir for ear treatment for my nephew,
His ear was having peoblem due to development of small boon in ear which was removed by surgery...My brother was very happy with treament as after surgery my nephew was feeling very much comfort....really it was right decision to come here...
Also underwent lesar surgery for my wife for throat ulcer anx now she is feeling much better and able to speak properly...
This two experiences really impressed us and created confidence in Dr. Dushyant sir.

I went here due to ear pain and blockage post covid. Dr. Dushyant was really nice and polite as he did a thorough examination and explained the root cause of each issue and answered all our queries. He recommended right medication that worked for me. Only thing is that if you go the clinic, the practo appointment may not get you preference Entry as there are patients that go to clinic and get their names written so the wait time may vary per that order. All in all I am completely satisfied with my visit and right resolution of the issue.
