'I am proud of you' coming from doctors mouth meant a lot to me. Beside the treatment when she came to know i have joined a new field at the age of 49, she appreciated. In few minutes I observed she is very kind n friendly,process of eye testing was done patiently and above all she wears a beautiful smile.😊

Doc was good. But the overall administration needs improvement. Attendant was coughing and covering his mouth with hands and then used bare hands to put eye drops in my eyes. The eye drops were sub standard and took almost an hr to take effect after multiple rounds of drops. Also it burnt which has never been the case in the past at other hospitals.

My Mom is 72 yrs old who needs proper guidance and brief about her eye treatment, Dr seema is one of those doctors who completely create a positive and friendly bonding with the patient and at the same time she explains the issues and treatment accordingly. Best part she spends a fruitful time with the patient, Hence we can send my mom alone also to visit Dr Seema Behl.

Our appointment was shifted forward by an hour, when we went early in the receptionist took our details - we then waited for 40 mins. **** **** ****** assistant/compounder conducted a generic vision test all the while when we tried explaining we were there for a sore eye - post which he said it may be infection, allergy etc and then said wait for another 15 minutes to see the doctor - at which point we just walked out to see another eye specialist in the vicinity.

My experience with Dr. Seema Behl was good. She explained everything clearly, and the overall clinic visit was smooth. I would recommend her to others.
