My experience with Dr. Amit Agarkar was excellent. He explained the transplant and PRP procedure step by step, which helped me feel confident about the treatment. To begin with they were all friendly till they tried to get me to agree to do the procedure. I was very clear about certain things like how much of the head would be covered, Will there be scars etc. During that time all the answers were given according to my satisfaction. After the procedure and recovery time the doctor was very difficult to get hold off.

Anyways, cutting the story short.

- I have scars.

- certain spots were never covered.

- hair started to shed and not grow.

- doctor was never available to discuss.

- I used to drive all the way from Vashi to meet the doctor but was assigned a doctor that was never there for my process and was given 5 min of their time.

The experience was very bad. There should be some kind of agreement where the consumers should be protected. I was very disappointed in doctor Agarkar.
