When I started therapy with Rochelle, I was going through a lot of anxiety and mood swings. Rochelle from the get-go made me feel extremely comfortable talking about my feelings and acknowledging what I was going through. Through my sessions with her I have seen a drastic shift in my emotional and mental health. I am less anxious, less stressed. She not only listens to you with an open mind, but also provides practical exercises that you can work with to help recenter yourself. I am really thankful to have met her.

Started my therapy in may and terminated it just a week ago. 5 months is all it took to get through what I needed to, with the help of Rochelle. If it weren't for her, and her guidance on how to deal with my anxiety, my thought process, and various other things, I would not have reached termination anytime soon.
