As a father of a 6 year old child I was concerned about the reason for the spectacles. The doctor was reluctant to discus the technicalities. To me, the attitude reflected aloofness and arrogance with minimal respect for the patient. A good doctor needs to take the patient(s) into confidence through his/her knowledge and not subjugate. It is natural for the patient and the family members to be concerned with an important organ such as the eye, and therefore seek the details of the cause and treatment. And, it is sad to see when the doctor (with significant experience) refuse to engage the patients. Clarity builds trust - which is very much needed in the medical profession.

Doctor is talking with old person in such way that he is giving treatment to them at free of cost.

If he need any assistant at time of treating old people, he need to hire some assistant. I never seen any Dr who shouting on old people.
