The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Dr pallavi is a very experienced skin specialist, before going to her I went to 2 more skin doctors but with no results even after following the treatment,then l search for a skin doctor in Andheri and got her no .She understood my problem and gave me less medicine and effective medicine which showed result within a few days also she is very soft spoken and listens to your problem and gives suggestion .The best part is she doesn't burden us with too many medicine which normally all doctors do, her staff is very helpful specially Nasreen khan they r ready to help and know their duty well.The ambience is very pleasing and peaceful.Dr pallavi goes into the problem and treats you with the right medicine.Thank you dr pallavi.I would recommend her to all who r having skin problem and r fed up of the treatment to meet her once and your problem will be solved.Thankyou Dr Pallavi.

I had pigmentation issue all over body. I had taken treatment from multiple doctors for the same and spent lac of Rupees. Everybody told me it will go. Fed up of everything i had made my mind not to do anything when my friend told me to visit Dr Pallavi once. When I went through her profile i was impressed and thought of giving a chance. I took a Consultation and in the first meeting she told me it won't go but she will help me to reduce it. She did combination treatment of peels, laser and mesptherapy and within 6 months I could see substantial difference on my skin. I wished i could meet Dr Pallavi 6 years back. Nevertheless very happy with the treatment and now i am continuing my maintenance treatments here. Also clinic staff Nasreen Akshata Karishma Khushnoor Moni are amazing and very helpful. They make a very good team.

Dr. Pallavi gave us a clear understanding for my daughters acne and hair growth on face. Apart from prescribing suitable medicines she advised thoroughly on PCOS. She made my daughter realise importance of healthy food exercise. Also she has a PCOD clinic where her team helped us to tackle my daughter's problem. Her approach has boosted my daughter's confidence tremendously.

I visited the clinic for a checkup regarding a broken toenail that had previously been infected.

During the visit, the nail was clipped and I was charged ₹3000 for the procedure. I was then advised to undergo a fungal culture test (₹1500) as a precautionary measure and was prescribed medication for 5 days, with the expectation that further treatment would be guided by the test results.

However, the report was not shared proactively. It took multiple follow-ups over 7 days to receive it, during which time my prescribed medication had already ended, ******* * *** ** * **** ******* ******* ** *** ** ********

Dr Pallavi is a very down to earth Dermatologist. She goes to the root of the problem and treats it. A very knowledgeable, updated with latest in the field she gives you all the options to plan your treatment and helps you to select the best depending on your needs and budget. I have seen many popular faces from television industry in her clinic. She is really humble and kind and honest enough and won't make u your money go in vain. I was told to do laser treatments for my acne by my previous dermatologist and she was save your money....you don't need it.

Dr. Pallavi Rathi is an absolute pleasure to talk to. She will listen to you carefully and suggest the proper medication. Docror Rathi is extremely friendly. I did not feel any awkwardness while discussing my problems.I had gone for removal of DPN's , the procedure was completed in 20 min. Later on she recommended me certain creams to get rid of marks. All my marks were vanished within few weeks. I got treated for pimples acne and pigmentation also. I could see the results in few weeks. I have a clear skin now after few sittings and treatments.

Nasreem is the receptionist, she is the sweetest. She always receives calls and even calls back for scheduling appointments.

Akshata and pranali would get us the proper medicines prescribed by the doctor.

The staff here is very polite and friendly.

My overall experience was great.

The timing and the patient management is Very Poor as I need to Wait for 1 Hour Despite Previously Booked the Appointment in Advance as they cant manage the Patients. They Texted me with a Sorry Message but will They Give me back My 1 Hour which I wasted because of their so called Unavoidable Circumstances. My Recommendation is Either you strictly tell Patients at what time they should come so that after booking appointment early on like in my case They should not get their Precious Time Wasted ******* *** * ************ **** ** **** *** ***** ****** ** ****** *** ******** kindly give first Preference to Those who booked Appointment Before hand rather then the walk in Checklisted Patients.

My experience at the clinic was awesome. Doctor treated my problem very efficiently in just 2 weeks time. I was suffering from it since 2 years and visited many skin doctors before. I loved the clinic ambience professionalism and warm attitude of staff there.

I am regular client of my skin my health since last 6 years dr Pallavi is an awesome doctor and human being she treated many of my friends family members and we all just vouch for her .she had done a scar removal treatment of my accident scar and it just vanished.
