Firstly, we were made to wait for 35-40 mins, with no seating arrangement. There's just one 3-seater sofa and it's a very small clinic. When we finally got to consult the doctor, she came across as rude & unfriendly. There was an extra chair there besides her, but she lacked the courtesy to offer it to my husband, who was standing all this while. *** ****** ***** ***** ********** Next, on the consultation part, she wasn't clear & I didn't find her professional enough. ***** *** ***** *** **** ****** ******* ** ***** She charged 800 rs * * **** * **** **** ********** My 40 mins & 800 rs, both gone. Advice to the doctor & staff: treat your patients well. Advie to others: Do not visit

I was having very sensitive ,oily ,acne prone skin. I was suffering from acne for last 4 years. I consulted many dermatologist in this tenure. But somehow the treatment didn't work for me. And I stopped following medication understanding that I have sensitive skin and maybe any home remedies will do. Then again I was disappointed. With time acne keeps coming and recovering. and left the marks behind. There was a moment in my life when I thought I have to live with this and accept this. Then I again though of starting the treatment. I consulted a dermatologist , but I again didn't find any difference. This time I thought of taking second recommendation and consulted Dr Vaishali and discussed my issue and told my medical history. Then she suggested some oral pills, local application ointment and facewash. It didn't work for starting 1 week and but after that I started to see the results. I did regular follow up with the doctor on my skin conditions. It has been two months now and I can see a huge difference. My skin seems to be normal, no more oily, even my hair was oily before, now hair is also normal. Acne has gradually came down and now I occasionally have one or two .My treatment is still going on.
