I visited Dr Dilip Raja’s clinic at Bandra with my mother’s reports 3 weeks ago. She has been suffering with a frequent urinary tract infections for a couple of years now whereby the pus cells were constantly high leading to high fever and chills. Having been so confused with the prior diagnosis and treatment given by the doctors we visited earlier, Dr Raja immediately pinpointed the whole cause of concern were the 2 kidney stones present that were throwing bacterial infection in the left kidney. He suggested the RIRS procedure for removal of the stones. My mother (75 years of age) suffers from acute nervousness and anxiety but Dr Raja calmed her down and explained the whole procedure in detail telling her is regular language and not ‘doctor talk’. Having seeing his professionalism, ******* ********* *** very friendly nature helped in putting her at ease.

Dr Dilip Raja has more than 35 years of experience in his field of Urology and Andrology. I was best treated for my kidney stone disease. Very logical and practical in his approach. Excellent surgery was performed by Dr Raja. Must visit. Very expert uro surgeon. Understands the emotional trauma which the patient and his relatives undergo. Down to earth best urologist in Mumbai. Dr. Dilip Raja always answers or call back to all phone calls and all WhatsApp messages. Very punctual and particular. All Urological stones are been taken care by Dr. Raja.

We are extremely grateful to Dr. Dilip Raja for his exceptional expertise and compassionate care. My mother had a very complex and rare case — an AML tumor along with kidney stones in the same kidney. Several doctors advised complete removal of the kidney due to the high risk, as the tumor had almost surrounded it.

Dr. Raja, however, was incredibly patient and thorough. He took the time to carefully study the case in detail and explained the options clearly. With remarkable skill and confidence, he performed a nearly 6-hour surgery and successfully removed both the tumor and the stones, while saving the kidney.

I had a very disappointing experience with the doctor. Despite having a confirmed appointment at 3:30 PM, we were made to wait over 30–40 minutes. When we were finally seen, the doctor was extremely rude and dismissive. He did not listen to our concerns properly, nor did he explain the issue after examining my husband. Instead, he hurriedly suggested a few tests without giving any clear guidance or treatment. Overall, the lack of professionalism and empathy was very upsetting. I do not recommend this doctor based on our experience.

I found Dr. Dilip Raja on practo and after much research it was worth selecting him for my issue regarding renal angiolypoma. Dr Dilip was very professional and suggested the right test for my issue. Although my problem wasn't a serious one, I was anxious. However Dr Dilip made me feel at ease. He takes his time and his approach is extremely practical and straight forward. He is experienced and approachable.His assistant Ms. Yasmin was very helpful right from setting up the appointment till the time I met the doctor. She was extremely prompt in replying and was always available to answer my questions. I would recommend Dr. Dilip Raja.

Considering we have had no previous experience with any urologist, we had visited Dr. Dilip basis his reviews and ratings on public domain. And good we did that, coz my father who was facing issues with passing urine, had felt much better physically and emotionally after visiting him. He explained every thing in detail and gave us a lot of time. He asked us to conduct some tests and basis the tests he prescribed medicines (as no surgery was required). He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease always. We truly recommend him.

I have visited the doctor for urology related concerns and believe me the way doctor examined the issue and the way he explained was really excellent. He even told us there's no need to operate if there was any need for operation he would have performed it . According to me respected dilip sir knows very well

My wife had a kidney stone of 23mm big. It caused her a lot of pain. We first went to our family doctor who suggested us that the stone this big cannot be removed without a surgery. After that we consulted a Urologist , who also after seeing all the X rays and CT scan said that such a big stone with such hardness cannot be broken down and your wife will have to undergo a surgery. Still not satisfied with the answer we went to consult Dr Dilip Raja . After seeing the CT scan film he said that the even though the stone is that big it is not very hard as written in the report and suggested us to do more investigation and after seeing the other reports and with his experience he told that we can go for ESWL and the surgery is not required. My wife required 3 sittings of ESWL and during this process he made us very comfortable and guided us like a family member. After three sittings her stone is completely removed. Anyone having a kidney stone or urological problem should consult him. We are very grateful and thankful to Dr Dilip Raja and his team. And also his secretary Yasmin was very helpful for making the process of paperwork and hospital bookings so easy .

It is very hard to pen down my comments on a renowned *** ********* doctor, but this is my personal experience. I went to meet the doctor after scheduling an appointment. I reached 10 minutes in advance keeping a doctor's schedule in mind and the value of time. I was not only made to wait for 1.40 hours but thereafter the doctor decided to skip his "Friend" ahead of me disregarding the time of his patients. It gave me the impression that even though you pay a hefty consultation fee, the doctor believes only the value of his time. I decided to walk away because I could imagine if consultation is so difficult, future treatment would end up in a nightmare.

I met Dr. Dilip Raja for my prostate problem. *** ***** **** ** *** **** ********* ** ******* gave full time and answered all my queries in detail. Highly recommendable . Must visit for any urological or andrological issues. Was treated excellently for my enlarged prostate. Thank you sir!!!
