My father was having a fistula for 38 years. we took him to Dr sambit Patnaik in reference from my uncle who was treated for piles. I had large protruding hemorroids and several bouts of painful bleeding whenever I get constipated. But the thought of the painful piles surgery and recovery made me wait for about 5 years till I was low on Hemoglobin. I will like to thank Dr Sambit Patnaik for treatment of anal fistula of my 16 months baby boy. The laser procedure was conducted in few minutes and we were able to go home next day. It took us two months to decide what to do surgically about his anal fistula as open surgery would mean loss of control over stools.
