I was put on weight and all my reports went higher, due to lockdown period of one year. So my gynecologist suggested Urvi's name and on very next day I visited her with my reports. On very first meeting I felt very comfortable with her. She gave me diet plans and what to eat and what not to be taken.

I started....that time I was not able to walk properly even. My legs were so much swelling and paining. But I determined to do it with my 100%. Every week new experience, new diet plan with different foods and receipies given....,I was enjoying it very much. In starting it was very difficult for me to change my habits but I was very disciplined and honest with my plans. This has changed my habits and increased my capacity for walking without any pain. My all pains gone and weight started reducing slowly. I am 68 years single lady ,handling everything myself, so I got back my lost healthy life. She was giving me very good advice about healthy eating habits and quartly checking my TSH, uric acid, sugar levels....stared coming in normal. I was so much happy with my moods also changed now in dressing.

I learnt a lot from her advice, full lifestyle changed, eating habits changed. I haven't eaten any unhealthy food during last year...and was having sound sleep of 7 hrs.

Really very much thankful to Urvi, for giving me so much support and anytime I ask anything on her WhatsApp, she replies me immediately. During pandemic she did video calling and consulting so that I don't suffer any problem. Very friendly always, ever smiling and pushing me for good.

Thank you so much for your guidance and best diets which helped me to lose 15Kgs, in 3 months’ time.

I am being an HT/High Blood pressure patient for last two years, now I am almost near to reduce/ stop my medicines. You make me very much easy to follow daily routines & diets and allowed me to eat what I like most with specific portions. Many sessions were eye opener for me, since I got exposed to many grains though sometimes, we know it’s good but how they help our body only experts knows and off late I understood how much I have harmed my body with needless food & followed wicked lifestyle.

Our journey with Urvi V. started in Nov'20 with an intent to become healthy which can eventually help us conceive a baby.
