We have been knowing Dr. Punit for over 10 years. For my wife’s pregnancy, he was the most-obvious go-to choice for us. He is ********* *************, patient in his approach & patient. But his biggest attribute is 'empathy'. He treats every patient differently. With us too, he ensured we were most comfortable with the pregnancy. We were literally hand-held through every procedure and test, the do’s & don’ts, all this without raising a single panic alarm. Always answers the call in the first ring (Unless he’s attending to some patient or conducting an operation), he won’t ask you to do 100 unnecessary tests and make life stressful. He was so sweet, he ensured we got the best hospital & service at optimum expenses.

As we had opted for a C-sec delivery, we were booked for the 24th of April. However, as my wife’s water broke on the 21st itself, we immediately contacted him in the morning around 9.30-10am. He was so calm and guided us with the procedure & other formalities. Within 3 hours, we were blessed with a baby girl. Thanks to Dr. Punit, our pregnancy has been the sweetest & most memorable part of our lives.

How confident you will Be to trust a new doctor with the MOST important thing of your life- Pregnancy, yes that was my dilemma when I first got to know abt my pregnancy but trust me you can blindly trust Dr. Punit in this, my pregnancy journey (difficult one this time) was not only made smooth with his constant positive boosting but he answered and reverted back to my distress calls at any hr of the day almost instantly.he and his team at Surya hospital Chembur also made sure I had smooth delivery and post partum transaction.

Very kind, soft spoken, well read, a doctor in the truest sense. She begins the appointment with asking our language preference and switches her language accordingly to make us feel comfortable. Methodical, cares for her patients and makes sure the patients understand the Do's, Don't's, things to do/avoid, and basically understand the issue as well as the treatment plan. It's like being admitted to a hospital without all the fuss but with all the care. Costs 1700 per person on an average I'd say. Well worth it 10/10
