After meeting Pradnya and Tanvi, I realized that although we have ocean of knowledge easily available on internet on fitness/weight loss/diet, you can't select what is right for you until you get such committed and passionate nutritionist for your life goal. I tried too many things in past, be it weight training, protein diet, salad diet, fruit diet which worked out to achieve my short term goal but I was not aware that somewhere it damaged my body internally.

I had to go through heart bypass surgery and not even 40 yet. I had lost confident to resume my fitness journey and my wife forced me to talk to Pradnya for my nutrition plan. First session and I was so impressed with plethora of information she shared and she made sure to provide scientific reason behind every advice she provided.

I lost 10 kgs in 3 months and could bring my body fat percentage to 20% and that too with just brisk walk/jog for 1 hour everyday and eating as per her plan. Her diet plans helped me to change my lifestyle as she taught me how to enjoy food, no compromise on taste and still try to maintain/reduce weight. She was like Lord Krishna to me where she showed me the right path with all scientific reasons and I just followed her as she takes utmost care of your nutrition progress every week, measures body compositions every 4 weeks and also keep a tab on your blood reports to make sure, body is trending healthy fit not only externally but internally as well.

I gained so much knowledge after talking to her these 3 months and every week I use to only get more excited to know the next diet plan for upcoming week. She also made sure to share all details on maintenance plan going forward and how i can try to sustain and continue my healthy journey. She and Tanvi are still available whenever I need any help or have any questions. She and Tanvi where immensely remarkable and I am going to continue recommend her to any of my contacts who is looking for nutrition and fitness advice. I wish, I could have got life pass to talk to her for my whole life as every time I have talked to her, she has only motivated me and helped to shape better version of myself.

I was overweight and the pregnancy weight stayed with me for few years. It also caused some health issues which was alarming and then I decided to action on this seriously. My friend recommended Pradnya's name saying she had delivered great results in past.I think it was an absolutely right decision for me to consult her. Her diet plan was super easy to follow which also gave great results. I learnt the art of healthy eating without feeling guilty. I almost reached my targeted weight on 6 months.The best part is that she and her team is available on whatsapp 24/7. The best part of her diet is that you will never feel you are on a diet😀 Highly recommend to meet Pradnya if weight loss is your goal for this year.

I would say that She is a expert in what she recommends & the way she planed the diet for me. I have tried many of them and none of them worked but following her dieting plan gave me a real boost & improved my heath immensely. It was a great experience & was not a diet plan that I would not be able to follow like others. She was quiet understanding & soft spoken.

A couple of fall incidence on an adventure trip prompted the fear that the next one might not let me get up due to weight. So just before lockdown I decided to loose weight. I had tried multiple diet/exercise self learnt ways in past, but never saw any major difference. So had my doubts.

Visited Balcal Nutrefy clinic just once and the journey started. Pradnya and Mrudula have given me fantastic advise on how to enjoy loosing weight. With exercise like HIIT, zumba and cycling to aid, was able to reach my goal of loosing >20 kg in 9 months. Its not only about loosing weight but the positivity it brings around. Also the confidence of "I can do it". I asked my Mom also to join Mrudula's guidance and she has also seen great results at her age and with all ailments.

Excellent experience with Pradnya and her team that too through teleconsultation.I lost more than 2 kgs in 1 month. I haven't gained any weight after the program and still continue to the practical approach. The tips given were very easily incorporated in the diet and simple exercise worked. This was a tailored approach and every session was almost 30-45 min. Now, I care more about my health and keep monitering it as well. It was great to have Tanvi around throughout the journey and she patiently clarified all my doubts and continuously followed up with me on my adherence to the plan.
