Let me share what happened with me at American Dental:

Terrible Communication *** ******************* What can you do if the Doctor and the billing desk are hand in hand in confusing the patients with treatment charges? Billing desk (Ms. Payal) at American dental won't even get back to you if you question it. I had a root canal where crown fitting session was horrible. If you value your money and your time - Don't book a slot with Dr. Bhavin Shah. When Ms. Payal at front desk or doctor explains about charges, keep a notebook nearby and record the conversation. It took no time to go back on what was told and what was charged for the complete treatment.

I have been Visiting Dr. Bhavin for the last few years for all my Dental issues. I had to re do all my teeth the patience and perfection with which he did was exceptional. He also explained to me at each point of time why and what he is doing.

Covid times the clinic is maintained well with all necessary precautions from Doctors end as well as patients end requirements. One can move in without any fear of infection. One is tested for oxygen and temp too prior to going for treatment.

Good and kind staff too in the clinic.

Really good experience pre and post extraction. Follow ups were really good and doc actually send chats via practo to check on me.

Clinic is really hygienic. Prompt staff who updates you with changes and / or follow up appointments.

Delayed review - My extraction was somewhere in Feb 2020.

********* ******* I had gone for a root canal treatment. Went smoothly and without any pain. Very helpful before / during and after the procedure. Explained everything very calmly and process was completed smoothly.

I would highly recommend you to to visit once for any dental problems.

This is one of the most hygiene Dental station, which renders various treatment with perfection. I am thrilled about Doctor’s handling the issues so nicely and the way of her treating the painful process to make it painless. Nice behaviour coupled with proper advice are some of her traits. All the Doctors and support executives are well behaved and pleasant.

Overall, nice dental clinic and I really will recommend as and when such situations arise. My experience is great.

He was very patient and kind with my daughter with autism who needed dental fillings. He kept assuring her throughout the treatment that she’s going to be fine and it’s not going to hurt. He also explained the process to her before doing it which definitely helped!

he is really very smart , friendly & good doctor. Gives all the time for you. Always helping. Taking all precautions during treatment. only I wish there should be permanent doctor for root canal & other treatment for emergencies. you have to wait for it.

I would like to share my feedback on my experience with the Doctor and the clinic.

The doctor is friendly as I have a fear of dental clinics and doctor, his professional attitude and continues updates on my treatment made me really feel comfortable and instantly the fear vanished.

The service quality is amazing. Very professional staff and follow up with appointments, scheduled,reminders.

I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic.
