Please change your assistant regarding her behaviour regarding making patient who is 84yrs old in this covid period,as she made us to wait for 1 1/2hr, assistant know how to tackle with patient

I took my dad as he is not able to walk. She advise for all tests and later she confirm it is age related problem (NPH). My dad has repeated fever, since not of the reports are showing "positive" she guessed it is as TB. She advised us to start trail therapy for 2 weeks. Though I was to wait for more than 1.30 hours, the treatment is satisfactory and the doctor has done thorough investigation of my MRI scan reports. The medicines were also available at all the places and were not so costly.
