Every session with Dr. Sailaja is an eye-opener. She is friendly, amicable, non-judgemental, very understanding and highly experienced pyschologist. She suggests real-time solutions to all anxiety related symptoms. I have been taking regular sessions and see a lot of improvement especially with the OCD and perfectionism related symptoms.

I would like to encourage anyone who is going through mental health issues to consult Dr. Sailaja and implement the scientifically proven techniques that she mentions during the session. She has helped me come out of a dark place which I never thought would be possible.

I am grateful that I got an opportunity to get treated by such a brilliant psychologist.

Dr. Sailaja gave a very clear and good explanation about our son’s problem. She also suggested many options and gave very good suggestions about different therapies he required to help him . I am a student doing my Bachelors in Psychology and I completed my internship under ma'am and she has been a wonderful guide to me. She provided constant support and has been extremely patient and understanding and I got a lot of exposure as well. From basic rapport building to the techniques I learnt a lot and gained insight as well.

I went to meet Dr Sailaja regarding my internship. Her friendly behaviour motivated to do my internship there. Dr. Sailaja also gave me a clear guidance regarding how to proceed in collecting client details in case intake form, the skills used in counselling and the details of different tests and strategies conducted during counselling sessions. She was kind enough to expose me to different cases. It was a great learning experience for me in SPMHC.
