Sahara by Dr. Aarti commenced with its free online counselling services back in January 2012 through emails and phone calls. After years of working over it and building Sahara on several levels, we started with online counselling via video conference in August 2021.With our new clinic, we allow individuals to have face to face sessions for better outcomes. With this initiative, we aim to make mental health services more accessible for different categories of people by reaching out to a larger population. Sahara is not just a clinic, it is an institution for mental well-being, creating more psychologists into this world, and making mental health accessible to everyone.Talking about mental health is NORMAL. If not managed in time, it can cause irreversible damage to yourself and your dear ones. Start a session, share what's on your mind, without fear of judgement, keeping complete confidentiality.
