I consulted Mrs. Sonali for my work related stress management, betrayal and politics. I brokedown infront of her. Ususally, I am a happy person, so I wasn't sure that counselling can help, but since I was in my very bottom from a long time so I thought of give it a try and trust me, it felt magical. She is very calm, empathetic and she has a good vibe. She suggested me ways of \"how to let go\" and \"how I can deal with it if it keeps coming back\". Seeing my mess, she even went beyond of what was expected in the 1st session to help me calm down.
