I had the issue of fissures. Here is my personal review:

I scheduled an appointment at Laser Piles Clinic, only colonic facility, located in Secunderabad.

I chose this spot after discovering that it had performed hundreds of sessions over last 5 years.

Pre- Colonics:

Prep work I've done before getting this treatment. 24 hours prior to my Colon Hydrotherapy session, i followed light diet & drank plenty of water as i learnt that eases stool out faster.

How it Works!

A disposable nozzle (a small pencil thick tube) can be self inserted, 1.5 inch, into the rectum, and let filtered warm water pass through the 6 feet colon (water moves in slowly and then moves out along with the stool, as it gathers velocity from muscle movement to get the power needed to break the hard matter which rushes out by the side of nozzle).

It actually doesn't hurt at all like i initially assumed.

It might seem a bit uncomfortable, but certainly no pain.

How it feels!

You might see your life in review, old feelings may come up, former physical issues may surface, repressed and hidden feelings may arise and memories of old injuries may return. Better to have it surface and deal with it than to continue repression. The colonic does assist this awakening in some people.

Taking life coaching also that they offer during these colon cleansing sessions might be really helpful for some individuals.

Post surgery visit. Dr harika did laser fissure surgery and Fistula cut surgery. It's been a week. Visit after a week.

Dr harika was not available. Hence taken further guidance from Dr janardhan. Today I had check up. He has helped me for further medication. Advised further care. He has patience and listened to all my doubts. He helped me for confidence to build up and set expectations in healing as in 2months minimum. Nurses,Receptionist ,Dr shazia everyone r helpful. Even Dr shazia wn it ws my first visit on 23rd handled with care listening to all my questions. Explained about my corporate insurance procedure as well smoothly. Over all vitality is gud. To all people who read pls 🙏 one advice avoid JUNK. eat 🍍🍎🍓🍇 fruits 🥦🥕🌽vegetables gud. Have more water. Fluids fiber food. . Kp healthy. Our food kps us healthy. Later do not regret.

Very bad experience. I m writing this review after 4 Months of my surgery. On June 26 my operation done by dr harika.she told me I was having fissure problem but after operation also I was feeling same pain n burning in my anus now they are telling me it is because of my postpartum delivery condition .i m middle class person my husband took the loan for operation all my money got wasted n I'm in pain too Every months I m going for check up n paying 600 fee but they are giving different excuses and medicines *** ** ******** **** ** ***** **** ** **** * *** ** *** ******* ********* I m not satisfied with the treatment.

I went on 23rd April for laser fissure removal. Doctor harika was v good at helping the reason n food guidance post surgery. Whilst removal of fissure with laser she identified I have fistula as well. She helped me understand that fistula can't be treated with laser as there is chance of reoccurring. She advised that we need to cut to remove fistula. It's been 5days I have gone through laser fissure removal & fistula removal through cutting surgery. I'm using medicine ointment dressing required daily. She was good overall. But healing is long as it's takes time for cut wound to heal. Over all pain was not so much. Pain is jus fr 2 days. Every body don't eat junk food which causes fistula depending on my experience I suggest to avoid pizza burgers maida spicy and fat items which causes pus near anal region. Pus may cause fistula. It's better to avoid JUNK. Take lots of fiber food n fluids to keep us healthy.
