Genesis Fertility & Laparoscopy Centre , Kothapet

We travelled from far distance and booked appointment at 11.00 am. We have reached on time. But still the receptionist was saying we need to wait for 2 hours for health examination by another doctor then after Dr. Narmda will have a look over patient.

Its quiet upsetting o wait for such a long time without any reason.

Patients should be treated as quickly as possible. Waiting for no reason makes no meaning.

And receptionist should behave properly with the patients.

Hope this will be considered on high priority and reduce the waiting time.

Hi myself Haseena Banu..i just came here for scanning but Dr narmada and Dr tazeem shaik explained me n my family v well abt my health issue that i was suffering frm polyp in uterus,large fibroids that was the main reason fr my menses pain n infertility .29 june 2020 they did hysteroscopy + laproscopy + Dye Test at 7:30am n returned From home t 5:00pm.but seriously she is doing wonderfull job,well mannered Dr's n nurses too.sister uma n sister meher was also soo co operative n helped me alot....i appreciate there work...Thanks to entire Genesis team....**** ************* * ****** **** * ****
