I went to Neo Dental Clinic in Sector-46 Gurugram for a dental check up and cleaning. I had a really good experience, thanks to Dr. Bhavya Yadav and Pooja from the staff. From the onset, things were explained by the staff very clearly. One can feel bit discomfort with dentists but Dr. Bhavya has a relaxed countenance, which can really ease a patient's emotions, who is jittery with dentists. Then, she carefully performed a thorough examination of my teeth, while asking close-ended questions to know my systemic health. She explained to me in detail about my dental health and the factors affecting it. I had only heard "Calculus" in mathematics but she explained how calculus deposits on my teeth were affecting me. Later, she very carefully and efficiently performed the cleaning process and at no point, did i feel any discomfort or pain. After the procedure was over, she gave me good tips and recommendations to maintain a good dental health. Overall, it was a good experience and i would recommend this dentist to others as well. I recently had an unfortunate experience with the dentist that I feel compelled to share. It's disconcerting to note that sodium fluoride is commonly utilized as an insecticide and is even considered a deadly poison. Despite these potential hazards, this substance was administered to me without any clear indication of its potentially harmful effects.*** ********** *********** *** *** ** ****** ******** ****** *********** ******** ***** *** ********* ********* *** ********** ** ******* **********. It is clear that there is a lack of understanding among both medical professionals and laypersons about the toxic properties of sodium fluoride. I was so nervous going in, as it's my first time. Dr.

Abhishek made me so comfortable. I couldn't even feel the local anaesthesia let alone hurt by it. He said 15-20 mins, and honestly i expected more as it was a deep root, but it was done in < 10mins. The after care was explained well.

It's been almost 2 hours post op, i feel no pain or discomfort. But in case i do, Dr. Abhishek prescribed some pain meds and thoroughly explained proper after care.

The staff, the clinic, and just the overall experience was excellent. Highlv recommend.

Doctor is Experienced and very friendly. My RCT and Tooth Extraction is done without any pain. Tools and equipments are also very good . Totally hygienic and well maintained clinic . Loved the ambience. Overall i like the services of the doctor as well as the clinic.
