Thank you Dr Taru for your magic. I am thyroid patient since last 25 years and despite regular workouts for more than an hour everyday failed in reducing my weight. I was very selective with my diet and stopped eating many food items like mango, potato, ghee, rice to overcome weight issues but couldn’t succeed.

She is an amazing Doctor..She doesn’t make a forced plan for you, instead, she will make as per your likes and dislikes. Unlike others, she doesn’t give fancy diet chart that may bother you at times, but gives u what is easily available in our home kitchen. I started consulting Dr.Taru from April 2023.That time I was going through a lot of hormonal imbalance ,my thyroid had shot up (while I was taking thyrox 50mcg) along with my haemoglobin levels scarily low.Doctor Taru was very patient to understand the issues and started my treatment not by giving me any meds but advising n guiding me through correct dietary intake .We are in June and I got my tests done 2 weeks back again and both my issues of Thryrod and aneamia are under control. I would start with my heartfelt thanks to Dr Taru. Dr. Taru treated my mother & she took care of her (my mother) like her mother only.

My mother age 68, was overweight & used to have high Knee pain. Doctors asked her to go for immediate knee replacement. We were very much prepared to go for operation, but just thought to work on weight reduction before operation so that recovery can be faster.

When we discussed the both the things with Dr. Taru, she gave full confidence that we may not got to replacement immediately. And now after few months of her proper guidance (with diet plan & regular follow ups) my mother is able to reduce her weight and there is drastic reduction in keen pain as well.
