Dr. Pranjal himself is a very polite and patient doctor who explains everything with care. ****** his staff is the complete opposite, *** ** ********** ***** *** ********** ** ******** *** ******* They are rude, ********* *** *** ** ** ********* * ********* ***** ** * ****** ** ******For something as simple as a clarification about prescribed medicine, I was ********** asked to wait 18 hours for a response. This is disappointing and completely unacceptable patients come to a clinic for help, not to be treated like an inconvenience. When I tried to ask again, I was ******* told, “we have already explained this to you, ** ****** ** ** ******* Such behavior is not only rude *** **** ******* *********** ******* *** *********** *** *********

I have been visiting Dr. Pranjal since 2018–19, both at his old clinic and now at the new Varsity Skin and Wellness Clinic. While I still respect Dr. Pranjal as a doctor, *** ******* ************** *** *********** ******* *** **** ** ****** ************* Once a patient leaves the clinic, it’s natural to have confusion, and staff cannot simply deny support.

This is extremely frustrating, disappointing, and not what I ever expected from this clinic. Despite years of trust, I don’t think I will visit Dr. Joshi again and I certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone I know.

The doctor was extremely friendly and approachable, which instantly made me feel comfortable during my visit. He listened patiently to all my concerns without rushing through the consultation, which is something I really appreciated. His calm and understanding nature made it easy to discuss everything openly. What stood out the most was the genuine advice he gave it didn’t feel commerci or forced in any way. He explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood my condition and the treatment options. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly felt that he cared about his patients’ well-being.

He examined my skin very carefully, explained the reasons behind my acne, and suggested a customized treatment plan. What I liked most was how he always took time to answer my questions and never rushed the sessions.

Dr. Saab is one of the most generous and amazing doc I would have ever met...such positive vibes and happily explaining solutions to all my issues without exaggerating the troublesome part of it...not at all pushy sales tactics...was smiling and cheerful all over the consultation and sat me down with detailed explanation to my skin complications....really recommend everyone to him ....

Heard the problem patiently and advised the cure.Best part was explanation of the problem and its causes and what could be the possible cure.

Dint jump on the conclusion to give medicines directly but conducted few tests so that root cause can be analysed.

I had acne for 6 months nae had tried a lot of different doctors but the acne persisted. Someone suggested me to see Dr Pranjal Joshi and within 14 days, I could see a marked improvement in my acne and in a month, the acne was totally gone. Dr Joshi is a very kind and sincere doctor and I am highly grateful.

Dr Joshi is blessed with a very sharp acumen. He very patiently explained me about my condition and explained each and every step of the procedure beforehand which increased my confidence and comfort. He will foever be the go to doctor for myself and my family henceforh.

Dr. Pranjal was extremely patient with me and explained each and everything to me, about the prescribed medicines, suggested procedures, side effects etc everything. He clarified all my doubts and there were many. I've previously consulted dermatologist as well, and this was by far the best experience. I was infact satisfied with the attention he gave.

I recently visited the clinic and had a really good experience. The staff was polite and helpful, and the doctor explained everything clearly without rushing. The environment was clean and comfortable. Overall, I felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

**** ** *** *** ****** ** ************* ** ****** *** ***** ** *** ******* ** *** * they did blood test of me, after which huge blood cloth had happened on both his hands . **** ******** * * ******** **** *** ***** *** * ***** *** ** ******* they said "sorry" and did nothing else. *** ********** ***** ** ****** *** *** ******* ** we called in on Wednesday for an emergency, the clinic is closed on Wednesdays we said can you pls ask for some medicine which we can buy from market for some relief the female said google for another doctor.

They gave the blood test report late and they called me to the clinic then asked for a consultation fee again.

All this happened and dr pranjal joshi didn’t come out to talk to me once. And at the end staff denied me to see the doctor.

Are you really a doctor please ask yourself
