He is a patient listener, identifies the root cause of your ailment and does holistic treatment of the issue. Believes in advising minimal medicine which is absolutely necessary for treating the issue.

I went to Dr. Gupta to have my earwax removed. He successfully removed the earwax. However, I do not recommend Dr. Gupta ******* * *** *** **** *** ****** **** *********
Dr. Gupta did not explain the procedure for earwax removal to me - I wish he has walked me through it and let me know when it might hurt. He also saw me while he was seeing another patient and did not wash his hands before putting his fingers in my ear.
I also do not think he listens to patients. I also asked him about my scratchy throat and he recommended medicine to me without even looking at my throat.
Overall, a well-meaning and technically correct doctor, but needs to listen to patients and attend to their non-medical concerns too.
