The ENT Clinic, August Kranti Marg

I visited the clinic for a hearing issue.I showed him my previous ent reports from another ent clinic in punjab where i used to live before.He didnt saw the reports carefully nd did'nt gave any kind of advice even the treatment ws not told.He jst told me to get an ****** Tab and it will be ok! but the main issue was hardened ear wax that he could treat in jst 5 minutes instead of prescribing ****** Tab.I had a worst experience there.My advise is that dont visit his place to save your money from getting wasted.

I visited Dr Singh for nose and sinus related issues a few days ago on a visit to India. I live in Malaysia and suffer from constant nasal allergy.

My wait time was 15 minutes as Dr Singh was with another patient but his waiting area was clean, neat and had some magazines to keep me occupied. His receptionist was polite and professional.

Dr Singh came across as a very professional doctor who took the time to listen to my long history, interrupting only when he had a relevant question. I was impressed with his presence and politeness.

His examination was short *** ******* and he took care I felt no pain. He also made sure I understood his advice and prescription.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Singh.

I was not knowing that I have to take any appoinment for check up... I simply went to his clinic and asked for him... Than Dr. came and called me in his office where he used to check up... He doesn't asked any thing that I've taken any appoinment or not, he simply asked my problem... I told him everything from which I was suffering and he did his work and asked me that am I feeling relax now... than i said yes, it is better now... than prescribed me some medicine... after that he asked that I've taken appoinment or not than I told that I've not taken any appoinment... he hadn't said anything and than very politely he opened his computer and listed my name in his appointment list... than I pay his fee in receiption and I left his clinic.

I got that still now there are some docter who deserve for their profession... in many cases i shaw that without appointment and fee Dr. are not observing patient because they are not careing of their profession, simply they used to take fee and in Delhi it is very common.... but I hadn't found this habbit in Dr. Shomeshwar... so I'm highly oblied to him and 'The ENT Clinic' too... Thank u so much... Thank u all.

The doctor was late as compared to the time given. The clinic does not have proper staff. My mom is diagnosed with Vertigo and was experiencing dizziness in the 3 hour test they conducted, even though the test and the person who conducted was up to the mark, there was no one to give even a glass of water for even a patient who is fainting constantly. Upon asking the attendant, he said please ask the reception and there was no one at the reception. In fact, there was no one at the reception for most of the times. We did not even get a receipt of the amount that we paid. We asked them to email us but haven’t yet got that.

Upon taking the appointment again, no one was answering the clinic’s phone as usual, so somehow we found a direct number of the doctor, and he told us to just call the clinic. The dyEven on Practo, we are not able to book his appointment, there is no option available for that.
